Data Deletion

You may request the deletion of your personal data processed by Mudano, including messages exchanged with a real estate agency via WhatsApp.

How to request

1. Send your request by e-mail at lucas.hubert@livead.co, with the subject line Data Deletion.
2. Include your name and the phone number or e-mail address you use on Mudano or with the agency. If the request is about WhatsApp conversations, include the phone number used.
3. We may request identity verification before deleting, to ensure no one requests the deletion of another person's data.

If you have a Mudano account, you may also close it directly in the app, under My account.

What happens next

• We will confirm receipt and respond within 15 days.
• When data belongs to a real estate agency that is a Mudano client, we forward the request to the agency — which is responsible for it — and support the deletion.
• Data that the law requires to be retained, such as access logs, tax documents, and contracts, is kept only for the statutory period and then deleted.
